LASER
TEETH WHITENING
Laser
teeth whitening is an in-office procedure that noticeably brightens
teeth. This is great for people whose teeth are stained from
years of drinking coffee, red wine, or dark pop, or from smoking.
Unfortunately, laser teeth whitening does not usually work on
teeth that have permanent tetracycline stains (read about veneers
for an alternative in this case).
A
laser teeth whitening treatment usually takes a little over an
hour to perform. A bleaching solution is applied to the surface
of the teeth, and a laser light is directed at the mouth. The
laser's heat activates the solution, and subsequently brightens
the teeth. Patients walk out with an improved smile, and can
expect the results to last for several months to a couple years.
Laser Teeth Whitening is now more affordable than ever. To learn more about the cost of laser teeth whitening, visit our teeth whitening/teeth bleaching cost page.

PORCELAIN
VENEERS
Porcelain
veneers are one of the must trusted smile-correcting options
in cosmetic dentistry. Custom made for each patient, they are
constructed of high quality, durable porcelain, and sized to
fit over existing teeth. They will retain their attractive and
natural appearance for years, making them superior to other materials
that can be used in similar situations.
There
are many dental situations that may call for or benefit from
porcelain veneers. They can improve teeth that are crooked, chipped,
or broken. They can correct a mouth with gaps between teeth.
Porcelain veneers can also improve stained teeth, and is a great
option for patients who are not candidates for laser teeth whitening.
DENTAL
IMPLANTS
Dental
implants are intended to replace missing teeth. The implant,
itself, is placed within the jawbone, taking over the role of
a root. The health of the gumline depends on the existence of
tooth roots, so this is a crucial role. The implant, usually
custom-made of sturdy titanium, also acts as an anchor for a
prosthetic tooth. The tooth, usually a porcelain crown, screws
onto the implant, holding firmly and naturally in place.
Patients
enjoy the freedom they gain with dental implants. Chewing, talking,
laughing, and hygiene are much easier with implants than with
other similar options such as dentures or crown and bridge work.
